Course Description

The purpose of this course is to enhance communication skills for condominium managers enabling effective meeting delivery, exceptional customer service, efficient handling of emergency responses and the integration of relevant technology. 

  • Module 1

    • Describe the communication skills necessary for effective meeting management strategies.

    • Recognize the utilization of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology for clear and concise communication.

  • Module 2

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer service experience.

    • Differentiate available knowledge base software options.

  • Module 3

    • Outline strategies for enhancing emergency communications.
