Course Description

This course offers insights into building high-performing teams, implementing effective performance management strategies, and nurturing career advancement opportunities.  It is part of a series that supports condominium managers in renewing their General Licence with CMRAO. General Licensees are required to complete 10 CPE credits as part of their renewal process. 

At the end of each module, you should be able to:

Module 1: Training and Development

Explain the importance of having an efficient on-boarding process.

Differentiate career growth and career development.

Module 2: High-Performing Teams

Identify strategies for the development of a high-performance team.

Module 3: Performance Evaluation Process

Employ meaningful and constructive feedback which adheres to principles of equity, diversity and inclusivity.
