CNDO 006 - Human Rights Code for Condominium Management
Course Description
This course aims to empower condominium managers with the essential skills for fostering inclusivity and a sense of belonging within their communities, in accordance with the Human Rights Code. The course is recognized as one CMRAO CPE credit. Through each module, learners will be able to:

Module 1: Human Rights Defined

Explain the evolution of human rights as they pertain to Canada and more specifically, Ontario.

List the human rights and identify areas of improvement within current condominium management policies and procedure.

Module 2: Anti-Racism and Accessibility

Discuss IDEA-AR, including strategies for adoption and implementation within condominium communities.

Module 3: Employment Acts

Differentiate the Employment Standards Act (ESA), the Pay Equity Act, and the Employment Equity Act.

Identify human rights best practices as an employer.
