Course Description

Welcome to Humber College's CMRAO Continuing Professional Education (CPE) course, Managing Condominium Corporation Transitions for an Empowered Condominium Professional. This course aims to empower condominium managers and condominium management providers with strategies and best practices to effectively manage transitions, prevent unnecessary contract terminations and maintain strong, transparent relationships with the condominium community. This continuing professional education course is one of ten courses leading to Humber College's Empowered Condominium Manager Micro-credential.

By the end this course, you should be able to support the transition of the condominium corporation from one management provider to another.
