Course Description
Project cost management covers the basics of estimating, budgeting, evaluating, controlling and documenting project costs. The key topics covered are the fundamentals of project finance, project estimating techniques, techniques of economic feasibility assessment, the process of analyzing economic outcomes of alternatives and the basics of project financial reporting. Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to understand the significance of cost management in the project environment. Note: It is highly recommended that students take Project Management Principles as one of their first courses. The Construction Cost Value Management course is registered with PMI and is eligible for 42 PDUs.Applies Towards the Following Certificates
